Does anybody knows why when I start WindowsMe all my three drives(partitions) are opened in separate Explorer windows. It happens only on startup.

Have you tried looking in "msconfig.exe" and seeing what's running at startup? Do Start Button/Run/msconfig.exe and then look at the Startup list. See if there's anything in there labled "explorer c:" "explorer d:", etc. Uncheck them if they are there.
