explorer.exe error with pc2100 ddr

I have no problem with old two stick of PC133 until 3 weeks ago I bought two stick of 256MB PC2100 DDR it runs really cool but I get error message once a day like this:

"Program Error

Explorer.exe has genetated erros and will be closed by windows

You will need to restart the program

An error is being logged"

I don't know if DDR has to do with this error problems?

You could try slowing down your memory timings in the BIOS a bit.

Download MemTest86 onto a floppy and run it overnight; it will find any RAM errors.

Just on a hunch...

Do a virus scan also.

It might have something to do with Norton Cleansweep. Do a google search of "Explorer.exe has genetated erros and will be closed by windows" for doc.
