Explorer 64-bit will connect to internet, Firefox and Explorer 32 will not...

Laptop, connected wired or wireless. Was working fine, then all of teh sudden Firefox and Explorer32 will not connect to internet, but Explorer64 and Windows update will still connect to the internet...

Disabled firewalls and still have problems...

Any proxy settings exist? Any new software added before the issue arose?

Are you using a virus scanner? Have you tried uninstalling it (and later updating / reinstalling)?

After a long night of research and trail and error, the Laptop came pre-installed with Norton Products. When those products were uninstalled it made it so firefox and explorer wouldn't work. Did a system restore and everything works fine, now...
