Test your own ISP, here.

This is NOT a hoax or a joke. The problem is on your ISP's end, not your machine. I don't believe you can fix it on your own machine, but your ISP may be able to help you. If the front line people don't know about it, ask to speak to an upper tier support person. Be prepared to give them info from the thread and the above links.

Comcast, from what I have found when I tested my DNS, has already upgraded to DNSSEC (Secure DNS).

Normally I hate Comcast, but this is comforting :-D
