If you want to pretend that you're 10 ft tall, there are these things called stilts.

Speaking of . . . long ago i did cold calls for a tiny contractor. This is late 70s early 80s and they had these 2-3 foot, strap-on stilts. We had this one guy who loved those but they made my nuts crawl back up into my body.
