Explain this pass image 3 on Macrium Reflect Home Paid I get this Windows 10 error

Is near the end of my 4 TB Hard Drive corrupt or something ? Or what? I am so confused.

Image 1 to 3 work fine as soon as a restore an image created after image 3 with Macrium Reflect Home it gives me this error?

Sorry also wasn't sure where else to post this.

Not sure if it is a software or hardware issue.
