Hello
I have several options for buying a smartphone. One of themIt is Xiaomi Redmi Note 12 Pro. There is a problem for this phone on gsmarena website. Because I am not an English speaker and I am not familiar with the terms of the English language and smartphones, I want you to clearly explain what this problem is. The gsmarena website states: (Review)
"One thing we are not happy about is the inconsistent brightness scrubber - the first 85% or so of the bar are responsible for about 200nits, and the last small part corresponds to the other 290 nits. This means the manual control is terrible if you decide to rely on it."

What is scrubber?
I don't know exactly what problem this refers to. Is this an important and serious problem?

This problem is stated for Galaxy A34:
"The Galaxy A34 has a hybrid stereo speaker setup. One dedicated speaker is on the bottom of the phone, and an amplified earpiece handles the other channel. Naturally, this means that the balance between the two isn't great"
Conceptually, this problem is clear to me. In your opinion, is this problem in the speaker very clear or very little or there is no such problem at all.

I am a native english speaker and technology "nerd", and even I do not understand what they mean by the term "brightness scrubber". If I had to guess, I believe they may have meant "brightness slider" as in a graphical user interface widget that looks like "---------------[]-------------------" and you move it left or right "--[]---------------------------------" "-----------------------------[]--" to set the brightness level. The problem is that it does not make much of a change across most of the slide bar, except for the very ends.

For the A34, it has "stereo" speakers, but they are not really good for stereo usage. Use headphones or a headset if you want stereo sound. The speakers it has are just not real good.

So, according to the A34 speaker problem, is the purchase of Xiaomi Redmi Note 12 Pro with the scrubber problem approved by you in every way? (Please state this answer without considering the next one)
Also, do you approve the screen of Xiaomi Redmi Note 12 Pro because it is OLED and not AMOLED or Super AMOLED, but it supports one billion colors?
______________

If it were you, which would you choose between these two options?

Xiaomi Redmi Note 12 Pro / 256GB - 8GB RAM = ~ $ 256

Samsung Galaxy A54 / 128GB - 8GB = ~ $ 280

Note: I had a Xiaomi Redmi Note 10 Pro, and when I used a microSD memory card, the speed of working with the mobile became slow, and I don't know why. My question is, should I buy a mobile with 256 GB of memory first, so that the speed does not decrease, or should I buy an A54 with Should I buy 128 gigs of memory by adding a microSD card, when will I get the money?

I have an op11 and swore off SS quite a long time ago because they're junk and cost too much. I picked this up for $700 16/256.

Avoid SS and the like due to all of the bloat and spyware. Not to mention slow charging. Most will top out at 30w whereas Xiaomi and oneolus hit 100+. The op11 also already had wifi 7 baked in.

It mostly depends on what you'll be doing often with it. These days it's rarely to make calls.

By scrubber they just mean the brightness bar that you can swipe across to set the brightness.
The complaint is that the the brightness doesn't change uniformly and it's weighted towards the end.

I have an S20FE and it has speakers in a similar arrangement as the A34 and it's honestly not an issue. You aren't going to get a significant stereo separation with speakers that close together no matter how good they are.

I'd say that neither of those two "issues" would put me of those phones

All phones have their pros, cons and compromises. I have an A54 and the speakers also have the same arrangement as the A34. They are fine for a budget phone but if I want to listen to music I use a bluetooth speaker or headphones. The A54 doesn't have a headphone jack so I'm left using bluetooth headphones/earbuds or a USB C to 3.5mm cable for use with my regular headphones/earbuds.
