Question Explain the 802.1p priority mapping in Aruba Instant On 1830 switch

I have a switch with this model, my pcs are connected to this model switch in that IP pbx software for contact center is being used for calling incoming & outgoing, sometimes the software gets delayed in responding (hence calls gest affected) so the software vendor suggested for prioritize RTP traffic using QoS settings & to Implement jitter buffers or increase buffer size in VoIP settings.What am I supposed to do in this switch for the settings to be made. The only option I see here is QOS option in GUI. I have no idea how to configure it.Pls explain in detail about how to resolve it & what are the available options here. Images attached here.
