Explain Agilent's Bubble Technology

Essentially it is the same as inkjet, only use the resistor to create a bubble in the optical path of a laser signal. The presence or absence of a bubble determines the path of the signal. Thus high speed optical switching. HP really handed Agilent a plum with this technology.
