Expired tortillas okay to eat?

I want to make quesadillas for dinner tonight, but the flour tortillas I was going to use expired 11/24/2004.

They have been refridgerated and unopened this whole time, and they smell okay.

Safe to eat, or toss?

 

If there's no mold, I'd suck 'em down. 😉

I know a guy that ate some chili for lunch today that expired 2 years ago.

I thought it tasted a little bland

Mold can live for up to 24 hours before "appearing", which means there COULD be not visible mold, but usually, "No Mold? You're Gold" 😛
