Expertool 3.20 w/2 video cards

I have a BFG 6800OC as my primary video card and a PCI TNT2 M64 as my secondary. I used Expertool 3.20 to adjust the fan speed of my 6800. When I was using a Matrox Millenium II as my secondary display card, Expertool had no problem differentiating between the two adapters. I could adjust either one independently. Now I see VGA 1 and VGA 2 appear in the Expertool menu, but both of them point to the TNT2. I can no longer control fan speed on my 6800. Is this a limitation of Expertool or am I missing something. Is there another utility I can use or am I stuck with a fixed fan speed?
