Expert!! How's Tt Heatpipe 101 ?

Well, in my country, currectly cannot get the Thermalright SP 97 and SIP 97. So how's the performance of Thermaltake Heatpipe 101 + Vantec Tornado fan ?
 
Thermalright XP90 or SI97 probably are comparible in price and are top performers (XP90 yielding to the XP120). I would look in their direction.
