Experiment- no more ironing. Just use spray bottle

i used to spend an hr ironing my shirts after laundry.

and it still comes out somewhat wrinkled when I take it out of my dresser.

I'm going to try this method:
-put the clothes you're going to wear the next few days on hangers
-use spray bottle and mist clothes with water

wrinkles should come out.

I don't iron shit. I never go anywhere that important.
I don't even fold my clothes, I have a clean clothes hamper and a dirty clothes hamper, the wrinkles come out as I wear them. My dresser drawers are full of oddball things like headphone cords, cleaning wipes, cologne ..etc.

Serious. If you wear clothes that need ironing then do so. Wrinkled clothes look terrible. Also, invest in a good iron. Makes it much easier.
