Experiences with the MSI GF3 Ti200 VIVO?

Does anyone have any experiences with the MSI GF3 Ti200 VIVO?

Does it overclock as well as regular Ti200's?
Is the video in quality decent?

Any thoughts greatly appreciated...

I have that card. MS-8850. Everything fine. O/C great 175/400 --> 200/495, good capture (not a profissional one but good), it's workimg on my Abit BH6 v1.1 and a celeron 566@850 great, runs everything great...
