Experiences with recent HP Pavillions

I'm considering an HP Pavillion 15-t, which with an i5-6200U + 940M, 8GB, HD IPS, 1TB HDD goes for about $650 (apparently no option for SSD). Anyone has any experience with these regarding build quality, known problems?

Alternatives below $700?

I'm curious about the feedback too. I just ordered one this week for my wife, with a similar configuration but with 5500 integrated graphics to keep the cost below $600. Seems like decent specs for the price but I'm a little worried about build quality. Hopefully won't be an issue since it sits in the home office most of the time. Delivery in a few weeks, so I'll share my initial thoughts then.
 
bought a desktop replacement grade hp about 3 years ago (maybe 4 come this christmas). Been fine except some plastic molding around the heatsink vent warping from temperature, and just now starting to show its age in performance slipping.
