Experiences with MSI RMAs?

Sent in a K8N Diamond Plus a week ago for a BIOS problem, and it's been at the third step of the RMA process (repair or replace) for a week now. Can anyone comment on how much longer it'll take for me to get my board back?

I sent it to the California RMA address if thats relevant.

Last one i sent to calif took just short of 4 weeks/like 3.5 weeks to be exact.asus was quicker like 12 days.i think from what ive read msi takes a while, one of the longer ones.it sucks too ,spending 200 dollars for a board and then be out of a board for a month.hopefully they duplicated the problem so the dont send the same one back and say it checked good.ive had this happen with msi.something thats happens all the time to me they say cant duplicate.never had that problem with asus.they always replaced the board and mailed it back fast.like 2 day delivery.msi sent mine back ground from calif.ive sent back alot more msi boards than asus boards.but I still like msi and use just as many of them as i use asus.the worst rma is dfi.as i guess they dont build bad boards, ive sent 1 ultra d back 4 times before they replaced it.and of course the problem went away with the replacement board.they were very arrogant about the whole thing.kinda like WHAT DO YOU MEAN THIS BOARD IS BAD. after the 2nd time i sent it back they got an attitude so never never again will dfi get my money.
as bad as asus tech support is they are fine to deal with as far as rma's go.they have always repaired or replaced the board.i send in a long letter with the board with a list of all the hardware i had plugged into it as well as driver revisions p/s and the exact description of the problem.even how long it runs before it occurs.i fasten it to the board so the tech can read for himself the problem.never had an asus come back with the same problem either.......

I hope they dont try to replicate my problem- what if its something that was just an incompatibality between my mobo and other hardware? They'd just hold onto my board for three weeks and send it back? I told them just to give me a factory fresh BIOS.
