Experiences with komplett.co.uk?

Hi,

I'm looking at building a new PC and somebody recommended that www.komplett.co.uk as a website to get parts from. I noticed that they actually build PCs as well and let you pick from a decent selection of parts. As this would save me a lot of trouble (Antec P180 cases are meant to be a nightmare to build!) compared to building it myself, this looks like a tempting offer to take up. For example, I could spend 2 hours putting my new machine together myself (hoping I don't break anything), find out it doesn't work and then have to diagnose each part myself.

However, I'm very nervous about spending a large sum of money online here in case there's something wrong with the machine I receive. I found the usual mix of very bad and very good reviews I find for most websites (people with bad experiences tend to be much more vocal) so I'm finding it hard to decide to go for it or not. Has anyone here had a machine built by komplett or used them for parts? Would you recommend them?

Thanks.

Thanks. I looked here before; 50% "Very Satisfied" reviews and 50% "Very Disatisfied" reviews. Argh! :-(

I know of lots of people who use Dell all the time, so I wouldn't worry about ordering for them (I don't want a Dell though). I haven't heard of komplett before and keep finding these mixed review websites, but I find the same thing about Dell when I look. I guess I'm just worried about the hassle of having to return a faulty system because I can always find reviews about the returns service being bad. Gah, not sure what to do.
