hey all, i got this chip last week, and slowly i've been working with it. it's currently at 217FSB 10.5x and a 1.9 (actual 1.86-1.88v)

now... when i run prime95 on this sucker, i get errors within 3 minutes of the stress test...

anyone have experiences or actually marks on this CPU?

my temps are around 40C to 41C load and my case Temp is 31C

i have a NF7-S v2.0 with the 1.4b1 Bios, so temp are supposidly lower then normal, but i'm also hearing that those temps are correct.

i'm using a SLK900U and a SmartFan2 at 3500RPM to cool the sucker.

hmm, i doubt it... my ram is rated at PC3500 at cas 2.0-6-3-3 and i had no problems running it within these specs with my old CPU...

anyone else with experiences with this chip?

that would suck... i'm gonna try and down clock it later tonight. i'll take ur advice pill and downclock my ram. i might even have to get my hands on a DLT3C now... :frown:

but anyone else out there with these chips?

Let me guess. You got your chip from Newegg?? My house mate just got his chip a few days ago. He's trying to overclock it now. I'll let you know how is he doing. Try using a higher multiplier and a lower FSB to see if your board/RAM is the one holding you back. You'll never know.

I can do 2 ghz pretty decently, with an increased vcore most of these chips should be able to hit 2.2. Once I get come kingston hyper x, i'll update you all on this.

Is that chip going to last at 1.9V? I have a week 11 DUT3C that doesnt even like 200FSB it seems. I think you are doing pretty well for a DUT3C.

i wouldn't go above 1.85 actual... i know that with the abit nf7-s in order to get to 1.85, you have to use like 1.93 vcore....
