Experienced Radeon users: How does the Radeon handle an overclocked AGP port?

I am running a 100mhz P3 (FC-PGA on a slotket) at 135mhz on a BX mobo. Sandra reports my AGP speed as 90mhz. My Asus v6800 Pure (GF1-DDR) handles it like a charm. Do the Radeon cards do as well, or am I asking for trouble?

Responses are appreciated! Thanks!

Great. Thanks for the response. I am trying to decide between a 32mb DDR Radeon and a 32mb GF2. I've had the GF2 before, and while it was impressive, it really wasn't that much better than the GF1-DDR that it replaced (for what I do). I may give the Radeon a shot (and I can get one for cheaper, too).

Nice sig Lawton,

i was a couple of post from being Senior member at AGN, lol (more a lurker than a poster I guess).

BB has em for 199-$30 rebate.
And someone on FS/FT or Hot Deals has em for around $165.

I wass tired of TNT2 Ultra so for like $170 I figured I'd give it a try.

I like it a lot, still getting up to 100 FPS in CS.

Only thing I'm lookin for now is something that tells me how to tweak it, I'm much more familiar with Nvidia's options.

Hey. SharkyExtreme's review of the 32mb DDR Radeon indicates that they expect some significant updates and enhancements in ATI's next driver release.

With Counter-Strike I bet that your top FPS is really gonna be over 100. Most servers set player-side FPS max at 100. My Asus v6800 (GF1-DDR) floats between 60 - 100 FPS (800x600, 32bit, FSAA off, on P3@700). I guess to find real max we'll need to get some bots and run some stand-alone.
