I want to put my VHS tapes onto CD... and have been looking for a TV card to capture the images, I found this Win TV PCI board and wondered if anyone has any experience using this to capture VHS video? I am unsure as to wether it would capture at the proper resolution needed.. Does anyone have experience with this board?

I have two WinTV cards, one in a W2K pro and the other in W2k server box.
I find capturing 30fps at 320x240 to be highly useful. I have a program that will allow larger (640x480x30fps) capture but I find my system isn't up to the task. Maybe if I had dual proc or more ram it would work, I get maybe 200 - 300 frames then it stops.
System:
1Ghz P3
256 megs sdram running 143fsb
U160 scsi HDD
