experience with turnaround on rma with msi?

just looking for input.

the reseller I bought it from hasn't got back after a few emails in a few weeks and Im gonna give up on them soon and just go through msi if they allow it. But meanwhile im on a crappy computer and want to get a clue on how long the rma process may take with them?

Somewhere on MSI's website they advise they don't do RMA's with end users, you must deal with the reseller. I called Mwave (MB was 11 months old) and they handled the RMA with no problems. MSI must have a way of handling people with MB's bought from resllers that are out of business, but I don't know what the process is. My guess is it's gonna take some phone calls and begging/whining/pleading.....🙂
