I currently have an ATi TV Wonder PCI but the Windows 2000 drivers really bite (no video capturing, and that's all I used to use it for). I was wondering how the Pinn. DC10 fares? How is the picture (or rather, caputre) quality of this card? My main use will be using it do backup Trek and B5 episodes to VCD's so I'd like the highest possible quality without spending a fortune on a professional card (starving student here).
