experience with newegg rma

i got a NEC 3520A that just recently died on me (purchased in march)

is newegg pretty good with replacement rmas or is it a headache?

I've RMA'd 3 different items on three different occasions and each time the process was quick and painless.

I have done RMA at about 4 different places. Newegg was the best of these places.

DIAF works here IIRC. :D And it does fit.

BTW (yeah another one for ya), I just submitted an RMA (hahaha asshat) for some memory that I bought last fall that failed recently. RMA # issued without any hassle.

I just RMA'd my video card with newegg, I followed their instructions and it was fast and painless. Just Read The Friendly Instructions and you'll be fine.

great overall.

one time they were slow to ship my part back out, but after I called they shipped it that day.

great. i'll send that in right away then.

i just got a benq 1620pro to replace it in the meantime. omg. it's an awesome burner. better pie/pif scans than my 3500a.
