I emailed Connect3d this past Sunday night/Monday morning about getting an RMA for my video card.... However, I have yet to receive a response from them. They are either slow to process my request or they are out right ignoring me. :(

Unfortunately, they do not have a customer service phone number (if there is one, I have yet to find it). Does anyone have any experience dealing with Connect3d North America? Did you have any luck getting an RMA?

Do they honor their warranty or am I pretty much SOL?

I'm curious as well, as they have free flash cards for sale all the time. The stickers on the cards looked pretty "fly-by-night" to me, mostly the SD cards.

Their lack of contact information on the website doesn't exactly instill confidence. Their forum is a broken link and their so called tech support redirects to the AMD/ATI website. =/

The support station is in the UK. You can contact them and get a number if you would like.

I rma'ed my oem connect3d X1900XT before. A resistor broke off the card( no idea how) Found it stuck to the thermal tape(for the memories) on the top of the card. Called them up, explaining everthing , being honest that I could have on accident caused the problem. The card still worked fine but I didnt wanna risk failure in the future. They accepted the Rma immediately. Turn around time was around a week and I recieved a brandnew RETAIL packaged card!!!! I would definatley buy from them again. Lastly they offer a 5 year warranty, which is better than ATI branded cards
