I emailed Connect3d this past Sunday night/Monday morning about getting an RMA for my video card.... However, I have yet to receive a response from them. They are either slow to process my request or they are out right ignoring me.
Unfortunately, they do not have a customer service phone number (if there is one, I have yet to find it). Does anyone have any experience dealing with Connect3d North America? Did you have any luck getting an RMA?
Do they honor their warranty or am I pretty much SOL?
