Do anyone of you use expense tracking that keeps track of scanned receipts? I just begin working and need something to help keep track of expenses.

I don't scan receipts but I track every penny in MS Money. For cash, I set up a "cash" account and enter receipt info there.

I'd like to keep receipts without physically keeping them in case I need to dispute charges or use them for taxes.

Scan - email to self at a gmail account - have subject line be something that automatically gets archived (i.e Receipt [Date])
This is a way to store receipts at least...then you can do a google doc as well to track expenses...

I already have a scanner, so I would just the NeatWorks software? Or do you need their scanner?

Quicken 2008 and beyond has file attachment options for each transaction. I just scan my receipt and attach. Voila! You can even choose how you want the scanned image stored.

That's actually a pretty good idea unless I was to run out of space.
