what the hell?

I mean is that really necessary? If you have an abstinence program thats great and "effective" (see texas teen pregnancy rates) why the hell do you need to take it the extra mile?

Seems pretty straight forward. You can't use government money to promote your religion. Of course I have no doubt that this group will have it's defenders, but their argument will mostly be based around, "Well, we thought that only applied to people with bad religions"

I don't really get the whole "cool religion" thing anyways. Religion isn't cool, it's a serious and potentially important part of your life. Even if trying to be cool works, the type of people it attracts probably aren't really going to make the most of it.

Unless all you want is warm bodies.
