Expected speeds with OCZ PC3200 Performance?

I have a 512 stick of OCZ PC3200 Performance RAM in my Albatron KX18D Pro mobo with an Athlon 2400 Mobile. I was reading online that reviewers of this ram have been able to get it up to as high as 442Mhz on loose timings. But no matter what I do I can't get the system to boot with anything higher than 414Mhz. I've tried very loose memory timings, as well as increased voltage. My FSB is at 200Mhz, and I lowered the chip multiplier to make sure that wasn't the cause of instability. Could it be that 207Mhz is the stability limit of my mobo or am I doing something else wrong?

Yea that sounds very possible. So you can't get above 207 fsb even with very lax timings? Have you tried bumping the vdimm a bit.

Sorry I'm not familiar with that board...what chipset does it use?

i've bumped the ddrvoltage up from the default 2.7v to 2.8v but no higher, made no difference. It has the nForce 2 ultra 400 chipset.
