Expected prices for new P4's?

Well the subject kinda says it all. What do you think the price will be for the 2.4C, 2.6C, 2.8C, 3.0C, after the prices level off. Of course they are high now, if you can even find them. I'm looking to build a comp, and I'm hoping to pick up the CPU for around $200-$240. Which one should I go with?

They're supposed to be 15-20$ more than "B" CPUs at the same speed.
