Expansion slot question

I recieved my Thermaltake Armour case earlier and was fiddling seeing how all the tool less things worked, but have some trouble with the rear expansion slots. After you've undone the clp, how do you remove the blanking plate? I expect it is a very simple thing to do and I feel foolish asking, but the manuel isn't that helpful in this situation (just as it didn't mention the clips on the front plates). Thanks in advance.

Edit: Don't worry, managed to sort it, just needed more force than I expected.
