Expanding Menus in WinXP

When i use the start menu, all the submenus are shrunken and i have to click that stupid little arrow for the menu to show all programs... how do i make this stop? I want to see all the available options.. thanks
 
Right click on the start menu, select properties, Start Menu tab, Customize, and scroll down the list of Advanced Start Menu options to "Use personalized menus." Upon unchecking that and Ok'ing your changes, your system should behave as you wish. 🙂
 
Thanks, worked, obviously... i didn't know that made my menus "personalized" Interesting.. thanks again...
