Expand on 8-8-8-24 Timings

With my 1600 mhz ddr3, I want to go from 7-7-7-20 to 8-8-8-24, but I don't have auto features for the other timings. Can someone give me compatible timings for tRRD, tWR, tWTR, tRTP and tRFC? Thanks.

Huh?

With timings - lower is better - why would you want to go from 777 to 888?

And there's about 0.238% difference in real-world applications between 7 and 8...

Because my bios is misreading xmp and I want to manuelly put it in xmp form. Otherwise I can't get my 1600mhz rated ram above 1400. It was designed to go to 1600 on 8-8-8-24 timings, and I don't want to wait for another bios update.
