An ex-Para was paid to drive at dangerously high speeds to take teenage girls to ‘meetings’ with exiled Russian billionaire Boris Berezovsky, it was claimed yesterday. Mark Pendlebury – employed as a back-up security driver – told a tribunal that on one occasion a 16-year-old girl wearing a pink tutu was ferried to see the oligarch at an upmarket hotel. The former lance corporal said Mr Berezovsky was regularly driven at up to 140mph on UK motorways in his £420,000 armoured Maybach limousine.

He said he was often then ordered to follow the billionaire’s car in a back-up vehicle at the same speed, with teenage girls on board. The meetings took place at Mr Berezovsky’s multi-million-pound mansion in Surrey or at exclusive London hotels. Mr Pendlebury, 47, said his colleague Daryl Jackson, also a former Para, drove the girl wearing a pink tutu for an evening ‘meeting’ with Mr Berezovsky at the five-star Lanesborough hotel in London.

During the journey, Mr Jackson was stopped by police for speeding and was asked for documents to prove the girl in the car was 16, it was said. On another occasion Mr Pendlebury was asked by Mr Berezovsky, 65, to ‘take a young female guest to Gatwick’ but to ‘ensure she missed her flight back to Riga’ in Latvia, the court heard.

Two potential issues:

1. If these girls are at least of the age of consent, then there's no issue with their purpose.

2. If these guys are greatly exceeding the speed limit, then in the interest of safety they should definitely slow down.

It stinks at any speed.

But then again if you are a wealthy serial sex addict, it always takes some amount of time to rape your victims, when you are done, its time to say next. Why start from scratch, how much does it cost to double up on drivers? Or better yet triple up. That way you have a ready supply of already delivered bimbo's in adjacent bedrooms, that way you don't have to run, walking speeds will due.

What part of the article refers to "sexual slavery" or "rape"? If the girls are of the age of consent and are freely giving their consent, then this is a non-issue other than the fact that they're endangering people with their transportation strategy.

the part where he said to "ensure that she misses her flight" sounds like something she wouldnt consent to to me.

Sounds implausible. 140 is very fast and UK motorways are not exactly barren of other cars going half that speed. Once in a blue moon sure but "regularly", no way. Would result in either a crash or a litany of speeding tickets.
