Exhaust Vs. Intake which where and how much? Looking for maximum cooling on 5 case fan setup

Hey got 5 case fans all 52 cfm thermal censor PCToys. Looking to get the best fan set up possible here whats set right now. Fan in top of case=exhaust, fan in side of case(right in the center of the side panel)= exhaust, 2 rear fans mounted one over the other both= exhaust. Front fan=intake. Thinking of drilling a large hole right over where cpu fan is and mounting a 92mm fan there and putting a duct from my 92mm cpu fan to the new side fan and running that new fan as intake, would that be good or should i mount it as exhaust? and how should i orientate my other fans for maximum cooling

1-side = intake
1-top/front=exhaust
1 or 2-lower/front=intake
1 or 2-rear/back=exhaust

The case I'm looking at (see other thread if you want specifics) has 1 top, 2 front and two rear. I was thinking of making the top an exhaust (get that hot air out!) the rears exhaust (probably more hot air back there than up front) and the two in the front as intakes. Now here's the question. I was thinking of adding a PCI exhaust fan (or two) and a 5.5" duel fan (I think one is input and the other exhaust). Is it benificial to have that many fans? also if the PCI and the 5.5" are both exhaust fans, should I convert the rears to intakes? or the top maybe?

In theory the 92mm duct would work best as an intake... but if you have a 92mm in take you have to counter with significant exhaust.
With this setup I would try first having just 1 front intake, and all the back exhausts possible.
of course the 92mm cpu fan should be blowing into the heatsink in this setup.

as a rule the more cfm youve got the better, but keep in mind once ur case temp is at room temp then all the rest of your cooling rest on the quality of your heatsink and fan on processor. Ideally your case temp should be the same as room temp.

dude....all lower & sides = intake....rear and top = exhaust....that simple.....think of the airflow..cool in bottom/sides out top/back
