Exfoliants?

coarse sea salt and a loofa used while sitting in a tub of hot,hot water with a bit of baby oil in it
work wonders on the body.

I used to use that, i like the coarseness of the scrub, but i've switched to some stuff from Bath and Body Works that is doing wonders.
 
As long as your skin isn't sensitive and doesn't have a red / ruddy complexion. Exfoliants contain abrasive bits of either plastic, ground nut, or beads so just be careful because you don't want to tear your skin.

I'd actually recommend using a peel off mask by St. Ives; does the same job.
