What are some exercises I can do at home without weights, that don't involve running, that I can do when I can't make it to the gym? If they are inside exercising they can't involve jumping because I live in an apartment.
push up, crunchs, lunges for your legs, calf raises on the edge of stairs, squates, dips on the side of your bed for your triceps, and yoga for toning all body parts, and giving your flexiablty
Pushups, pullups, Deep squats, dips using the backs of two chairs. Just put some weight (books or something) in a packpack to make these more challenging.
Heh, I read too much into the topic. I thought you would ask about how to exercise -directly- outside the gym. Gave me the (oh so idiotic) idea of going down to a gym and doing exercises right outside the windows. Don't have the cash to go inside a gym, but I can still go to a gym. 🙂
