Exercising / Eating Healthy

So, for the past few months I have been eating healthier, and for about the last month I have been exercising more and more.

One of the biggest questions that I have how how do you defeat yourself? I remember watching something about this, most people quit because they cant stick with it. My problem is while I cheat or I skip a day of exercising I know what I am doing, and I tell myself that I should not be doing it, but 80% of the time I cant stop myslef, I dont know why.

I do think that I am getting better. As far as what I do for exercising, I am trying to build myself up more and more. I started with DDR, and now I am adding walking everyday to the list, anyone have one of those little things that measures distance?

As far as eating healthy, I have quit pop and coffee. I eat more vegies. I am not perfect on the food, and i really dont plan on it, I have tried that before and failed.

To motiviate yourself look at yourself in the mirror then go out on Saturday and see if you can pick up girls. If not then exercise for about two months hard and see if you can pick up girls then. If it works, then keep working out if it doesn't work then you can call the guy doing the escort service on ATOT.

i'm going to get an elliptical in the coming months and allow it to help me keep a consistent routine to stay in shape. for now, i'm eating as little as i can but enough to keep me full. i'm drinking a lot of water, and i'm also eating soy protein bars.

OP, I checked your profile and you are a college student. I suggest you to walk to classes more often.

I actually walk to class everyday. But I am on a very small campus, so that does not really help.

As far as defeat myself. I will actually be telling myself in my head, do not do this, do not do this, but then I will. I am getting better, but its still hard sometimes.

I have to agree that I should look in the mirror more, I know when I do it helps. I am about 5'9 and I weigh about 260.
