I'm not trying to order anything. I remember reading a list of top 12 ab exercises and one of them was called like captain chair or something like that. I'm not sure exactly how to do it though.

Do stomach vacuums... search for that on google and you should turn up a detailed way to do them. They will kick your ass.

I'm sure there are many to choose from, but seeing as you are at work try not to do any that might appear "funny" if someone walks in on you.

Are you male or female?

If you're female, there are some exercises you can do to strengthen your PC muscles (especially helpful if you've had a baby). Do a search on google, have fun!

Just squeeze,

Perform a vacuum by exhaling all the air in your lungs, sticking your chest out, and trying to touch your belly button to your backbone (don?t worry, you will never accomplish this). Hold for 10 to 20 seconds, relax, and repeat.

Uhh I don't really understand how to touch my belly button to my backbone, do they mean like squeeze your stomach in?

Ooh not bad haha. How many of these should I do for any effect, and how long to hold?

Do them whenever you think about it. Do them until you can't do them anymore. Hold as long as you possibly can.

I don't know how long it will take. :)

You can do them with all muscle groups as well, especially Abs.
