Exercises that isolate the long head of the tricep?

Ok...from my experience, tricep pushdowns/close grip bench seems to isolate the lateral head of the tricep, whereas skull crushers/dips seem to isolate the medial head. Do you guys know of any exercises that specifically target the long head?

Any exercise where you hold your arms vertically (raised up) work the long head of the triceps. Examples include:

seated ez-bar triceps extensions
seated dumbbell triceps extensions
one-arm dumbbell triceps extensions
