Yesterday, the company in which I work made training camp. I?m out of shape, and with all the exercises that we made. I can barely move. Does anyone have a suggestion of what I can do to improve my situation (heal faster)?

If you think it's bad today, wait until tomorrow 😉. You're just sore. Take some advil, drink a bunch of water, and do some stretching.

ICE OR COLD BATH STAT! It's harsh but it helps with DOMS and pain in general.

Make sure you warm up and stretch before and after exercise this will GREATLY aid your pain.

You probably have lactic acid build up in addition to muscle soreness. Stretch, water, milk, and search for remedies on the net to get rid of lactic acid.

RICE. You know the drill.

Take ibuprofin for the anti-inflammatory properties. Rest. Ease back into working out if you can.

I don't think that applies here...

Just do some light stretching... I heard bananas were good for this.. Maybe because of the potassium, not sure how true it is though.
