I play on my school's ultimate frisbee team and I've been having exercise-induced headaches for the past week. The pain is in the front part of my brain just above and behind my eyes and I only feel it when I shake my head or run (basically, when my head gets jarred). The pain starts out slow after maybe 30 to 45 minutes and intensifies until I stop exercising, at which point it fades gradually.
Has anybody experienced this or does anybody know what might cause it? My original thought was dehydration (and I'm still not convinced that it's not dehydration), but I've been trying to drink a lot of water (I had maybe 1.5 gallons today) and I've been urinating constantly, yet today was the worst day.
Now, I realize that ATOT isn't a doctor's office and I'm going to talk to the trainer tomorrow, but there's a wealth of knowledge here and I thought I'd tap into it.
Thanks in advance for any advice you can give!
