exercise ball question...

OK i'm thinking about getting an exercise ball to tone/work out abs, back, and possibly chest (with dumb bells). i was wondering what is a good diameter to get. (i am 5'7"). i've googled and have found conflicting measurements somes ay 44 and some 55 cm. i thinking of getting a ball w/ a pump on ebay...
 
how cheap is the ball on ebay? i got mine from walmart for less than $10. You can size it form 44 to 55cm i think. Don't like then you can return.
 
whoa, never knew that. on ebay, after shipping it comes out to about $20. i might try and check out the local sport's authority, wal-mart is too far from where i live.

I got one, using it got boring, so the wife and I came up with some "other" uses for it....lots more fun. And it still helps with balance and toning 😀

Of course when someone rolls off and busts their head on the floor it kinda ruins the moment.
