executing with admin under a limited account

the user has limited account access, and needs a program to be first run with administrative rights to finish an installation, and cannot use 'run as'. it must be run with the actual user account. any ideas? and i don't want to put the user temporarily into the administrative group.

win xp. pretty much the program was badly made, and makes user account registry and file changes, associations, additions.

I run into this a lot and i always have to put the user in local admin group and then remove them right after.
