Excuse for racism

Its becoming obviously clear that many people are using this unfortunate tragedy as an excuse to voice their true feelings.

Many people on this very site are whole heartedly supporting bombing an entire country of millions of people because of the actions of a few.

Think about whats next though, lets just say that all Arabs and Muslims are killed then whats next? Blacks, Jews, Gays, Palestinians? It will be a never ending cycle of hate, people would probably try to kill off anyone who's lefthanded or wears glasses.


Mankind truly does not live up to its name. I don't see much kindess among man

I don't think ANYONE is condoning bombing a entire country. There are condoning getting the people responsible for this. If they are hiding in a particular country, that country knows they are there, that country supports them being there (and are guilty by association) and that country condones their actions and that country will not give them up. Then yes military action is the only answer left to us. And they should expect bombing as PART of a military action. And they should expect civilian casualties as part of that action. (unfortunately) The answer is easy. Give up ALL terrorists within your borders, and THERE WILL BE NO MILITARY ACTION TAKEN. Don't, and you will reap the whirl wind.

Unfortunately I feel it's part of human nature at a time like this to suspect people who look like the guys that carried out this attack.

All one can hope is that intelligent people will realize that just because someone may LOOK like one of these guy, does NOT mean they share the same feelings or motives. There are millions and millions of people that LOOK similar to these fanatics. And the vast majority don't feel like they do. In fact millions of them have had ongoing conflicts with these bastards for far longer than we have. In short. Be careful who you alienate, we need all the allies we can get, and the chances are that guy or gal your suspicious of today will be watching your back tomorrow!

Sad and scary that they don't see that that is the EXACT some mentality that the terrorists have. It's that train of thought that led to this type of attack in the first place. Those people would like nothing better than to see our whole country become a smoking hole in the ground. Are we really any better then them if we stoop to their level? COME ON PEOPLE get a clue!! If we want world support for this, we HAVE to think better than that. We have to stand by our better nature and BE better than THEY are!!!
