The only way he gets impeached is if the Democrats win the house back in next year's midterms, as the GOP has become the party of Trump and they control the house of representatives. Impeachment just means the house votes a simple majority to put the president on trial in the senate. To remove him from office the house needs to impeach and then at least 67 senators (eg >2/3 of the senate) need to vote to convict in the trial. Conviction would be extremely doubtful even if the Democrats have a huge wave election in 2018, as there aren't a lot of Republican seats open in the senate for the 2018 election and they already have 52/100 seats.

Remember when they announced that Mueller had switched his investigation to DNC lobbyists? Remember when I said the case would now start to move quickly because the targets were no longer the President or any of his associates?


Watch them come down with indictments of DNC lobbyists. The grand jury was convened in Virginia. If they were going after Trump or his kids or his friends it would be a New York grand jury. Virginia is what you would use to indict DNC lobbyists.
