I've been occasionally flipping channels over to FOX to see how they're handling this news about the upcoming indictments and I may be wrong up to this point because I was only spot checking, but it seems like FOX does not consider the upcoming indictments as anything newsworthy up to this point. lol
They haven't had time to test the spin on the focus groups yet. Give it a day.

Remember when they announced that Mueller had switched his investigation to DNC lobbyists? Remember when I said the case would now start to move quickly because the targets were no longer the President or any of his associates?

Watch them come down with indictments of DNC lobbyists. The grand jury was convened in Virginia. If they were going after Trump or his kids or his friends it would be a New York grand jury. Virginia is what you would use to indict DNC lobbyists.

I can't believe how gullible you people are. Your love affair with Mueller will soon sour.

i told you that shit was a ruse. Watch.

Guess this explains all the Trump cronies chumming the water the last couple days. Leads me to think this isn't a small matter.

This is definitely, totally, absolutely not related:

Washington Post - Dana Boente announces resignation as U.S. attorney for Eastern District of Virginia

Dana Boente, the U.S. attorney from Virginia who gained national prominence when he took a temporary leading role in President Trump’s Justice Department, has submitted his resignation.

He plans to serve until a successor is confirmed.

“I will be around for a while and hope to visit with all of you to discuss how much the office and our work means to each of us,” Boente wrote in a letter to the lawyers he oversees in the Eastern District of Virginia. “I have so much respect for you and the work you do every day.”

Boente, a 33-year veteran of the Justice Department, was tapped earlier this year to serve as acting attorney general after Sally Yates was fired. He went on to serve as acting deputy attorney general.

He is serving as acting assistant attorney general of the National Security Division and will remain in that post until John C. Demers, an attorney for Boeing who worked at the Justice Department under President George W. Bush, is confirmed.

“Dana is a superb prosecutor — tough, smart, honest, compassionate and fair — and a cherished colleague and friend,” said Chuck Rosenberg, a former U.S. attorney for the same district who recently resigned as acting head of the Drug Enforcement Administration.

Boente submitted his resignation Thursday, and Trump has not named a successor for him in Virginia. Sens. Mark R. Warner and Tim Kaine, both Virginia Democrats, said in a statement Friday afternoon that they are accepting applications for the position.

“We are grateful for Dana Boente’s public service and look forward to reviewing qualified candidates and selecting the right individual for this significant role,” they said.

The job is an important and high-profile one. The Eastern District is home to the CIA and the Pentagon, and its prosecutors often handle terrorism cases. It includes about 300 lawyers and other employees with offices in Alexandria, Richmond, Norfolk and Newport News.
Apparently just two days ago he was telling people how he couldn't wait to get back to his normal role. Then suddenly he's gone. Some have speculated that if he's a witness to the Trump obstruction investigation that might explain it. Think that's going a bit far but this whole thing is suddenly a lot more interesting.

Can't wait for Trump tomorrow. Deflectors will be amped up trying to distract.

"Crew of the Enterprise, ships of the fleet, this is Admiral Trump on the 1MC. The Mueller is attacking! The Mueller is attacking! All ships fire your Benghazi photon torpedoes and raise your deflector shields! All ships fire your Benghazi photon torpedoes and raise your deflector shields! Capt. Sessions, you are relieved of command. Cmdr Rosenstein take command. Don't hide in the holodeck like Sessions did and fire your secret weapon to kill the Mueller like I killed the Comey or I'll lock you in a cage with Coulter and Malkin indef. You hear me you coward!" ;)

Any bets on Monday's main distraction for this? Kellyanne making biscuits?

Sent from my SM-T700 using Tapatalk

Maybe a war with north Korea? Either that or some egregious executive order that will enrage liberals.

When reflecting on how Trump reacts to news that makes him look bad, I'm thinking the coming tweet tornado coming out of his phone will be a wonder to behold no matter who gets indicted.

Just the thought that at this very moment he is crapping his pants and projectile hurling lobster bisque as he is pulling what's left of his real hair out puts a smile on my face like I just farted in his.

The smile? It's mostly due to the fact that the pathological liar that he has proven to be shouldn't be put in trust of the welfare and security of the nation he now leads. And now there's this glimmer of hope that I see that his constant bewildering lying that got him elected will now be his own undoing.

Trump doesn't eat lobsters. He eats steak well-done with ketchup on the side. No joke.

Soooo....
Sunday is Trump's last day at freedom?
Can we imagine how Trump would react should one of his own get charged?

We all know exactly how this is going to go down....
Whomever is charged, Trump will call it "fake news" and pardon the commie rat before the day is out.
And there you have it. Case closed.
Democrats will be pissed, the lefty media will scream and shout, yet all of this will end not with a bang but with a whimper.
A democratic whimper.

Then, come bright and early Tuesday morning, the righties will announce new efforts to go after......
Wait for it
Wait for it
Wait for it
Hillary Rodham Clinton.

There really isn't a lot of information about this story so we'll have to wait until things become public.

How is it possible charges were laid? This whole thing is a nothingburger, fake news and an excuse for losing a tremendous election. Now there are charges? Trump said this was all a witch hunt?

Gonna wait and see how this shakes out before I get excited. Too ambiguous at this point. "someone could be in custody by Monday"
