Do any of you guys thought to yourself "I always spin out at that corkscrew on my (insert console of choice here)"?

I can't wait until they put that new M3-GTS in the race.

Edit: That Vette's lights annoying enough?

wow, crazy finish. Not sure who deserves to be throwing the first punch when the drivers meet up face to face after that one, cannot quite tell who truly was at fault. That was aggressive defensive driving by the Porsche, but too much? The Corvette looks to have maybe squeaked by against the wall but was it a loss of control against the wall or a bump from the Porsche that sent him careening across the track? Both drivers deserve to raise their tempers after that, as both were very aggressive.

Very enjoyable to watch.

And THAT's the kind of racing I can enjoy. Helps that I really like Laguna Seca too, very good track.

Fun to drive Laguna Seca on NFS: Shift (PC, G25). Cannot wait to use my G25 for GT5 on PS3.

I don't know man, but at the last corner the Vette tried to spin out the Porsche, so the cargument could to either way, he also tried to bump him numerous times before that. Hey, I just invented a new word!

The Porsche driver was just returning the favor, IMO, he won both races.

every new car I get in every racing game, most corners on most tracks I end to lose it, a lot. Learning the right entry, apex, and exit speeds, and tied to that how much grip the car will maintain at what speeds... I still say the corkscrew is absolutely my favorite track feature of any track out there.

exactly, that bump at the last turn was definitely, uh, unjust, if you will. Racing is a lot of aggression so bumping like that happens a lot, especially in a final corner of a close race. The Porsche reacted perfectly with defending the inside, no driver is just going to "back down". The Vette just tried a little too hard and looks like he simply forced the quick stage right exit by probably bouncing off the wall, possibly due to a little assistance from a probable tap to the right rear of the Corvette.

The Porsche could only win by running the Corvette off the track twice and then into the wall.

Edit: at 3:00 and at 7:44

I crewed on a team that raced once at Laguna Seca in the late nineties. During practice, I went up and stood at the top of the corkscrew. I don't know if any of you have ever been to the track, but from the top of the hill, the corkscrew appears to be a nearly vertical drop. It's awe inspiring. I've seen a number of races televised from that track and the TV coverage does not represent it the way it actually is. It always appears to be a gentle slope.

Great video BTW.

Amazing vid!

I go every year to watch ALMS @ LS, but I forgot about it this year until a couple days afterward. :( It's always a blast.

he had his high beams on to distract the guy in front.

as for the corkscrew, i would be thinking, why doesnt he just cut track, its always faster!

its unfortunate that he decided to bump the porsche at the end, but thats racing.

point proven.

you still don't see teh error in your post.
please tell me english is not your primary language.

If you're gonna try and be a douche on an internet forum and correct others' English mistakes, AT LEAST try to correct yourself first on grammar, capitalizing letters and punctuations.

Edit: but do tell professor, what were my errors, if you may.
