Service has been going downhill. Downstream speeds are not what they used to be: I can't recall the last time I saw a 300KB/sec download. Uploads are now capped at 128kbps...and service becomes unavailable a few times a week. It used to be fast and flawless...it's starting to get crappy. Hopefully, this is only transient.

They dont care about the current customers. Its the fact that it takes money to set up new customers, which they dont have.

i've got 3000kb/sec dl and 300kb/sec ul. don't know what to say... could be the modem? i have the toshiba PCX1100U. :D
haven't had any downtime
i'm happy.

oh wait..... it doesn't matter that I'm with Cox right?
