Excite sucks now

I'm sure we've all heard about Excite's major transition a couple months ago. Not only did they accidentally delete ALL of my email, but they no longer offer free classifieds and other features. What a pity.

they are all going the same unfortunately. since ad support is fading, they must generate revenue by charging its customers. obviously Yahoo will win this battle.

I miss the old Excite as it had the most complete start page you could imagine. Now, I'm forced to use Yahoo which is ok.
