I'm having trouble finding the setting to limit the size of incoming email on our exchange server (Exchange 2003). I have a user that is not getting an email they need because it is too big. I need to disable it for a bit. Can anyone point me in the right direction?

go to the exchange system manager. then to servers > SERVERNAME > first storage group. then right click mailbox store and go to properties. click limits

thanks for the quick response. I'm assuming that since none of the boxes are checked in the storage limits section, any sized attachment can come in.

yeah.. do you have symantec running? that also has size limits set for e-mails. or you could always go to AD users and computers and go to the user properties and go to one of the exchange tabs (can't remember which), and see if limits are set there too.

EDIT: who knows, it may be the other person's e-mail server that's not letting it go through do to the size of it.
