I have got a exchange server question. We have rid our server of viruses and worms that would shut us down, but we are still having a persistent issue. On our server about once every 48 hours something happens that causes the processor to be used at 100% and does not allow anything else to happen. Our standard course of action is a reboot, but this becomes annoying (particularly when I am awakenend by a frantic phone call from the client and 6:30 A.M.). The surreal thing about it is that all the processes show running at 0% or 1% but nowhere near full throtle. Anybody have some advice?
